Website Rate Card


Basic Website Design
            $600
           
   The goal of the Basic Website is to provide your company with a simple web presence. It will display the key information about your business, such as profiles, contact & location information. It will inform potential clients of your services. It can also answer some of the basic questions concerning your business. Upon completion of the site, you will have 15 days to approve the site's appearance, navigation and overall use before the site becomes active.

    The Basic Website includes a Home Page and up to three supporting pages uploaded and tested on the server. In-house graphics, buttons, backgrounds are included in basic cost. Also included is up to 5 images per page provided by client in JPEG or GIF format.

    All text and graphics need to be provided by the client in lay-out format. ( A simple hand drawn layout on a scratch pad can work.) Be as specific as you can regarding emphasized portions of text, positioning of graphics, etc.
    All logos or artwork not in file format must be camera ready. NO business cards or faxes.
    All text must be presented to us on disk or in file format via email, MS Word, or Notepad format. 
   Site construction will not begin until all information is presented.
   Client supplied graphics need to be in one of the following formats: Jpeg, Gif, Tiff, Targa, Photoshop, or Bmp.

    Site construction will not begin until all client supplied information is received.

   Additional pages are $150 per page.

   Frames designed website available for an additional   $200.

   Any original graphics, scanning/graphics processing, or programming other than HTML, are an additional cost and can be negotiated on a per job basis. 

   Logo design available.
   
   Original graphical navigation interface for frameset is an additional cost and can be negotiated on a per job basis.  (Typically about $300-$400)

   We can register your Domain Name (yourname.com) for you. This costs $70 for two years prepaid. The $70 goes to Network Solutions (internic).
 
    We can also host your site on our web server. (See Web Hosting below)
   

   
Website Updates / Maintenance
 
Text only update (this includes links).   $25 per existing page
     
Text update and up to 5 images

                   ( $50 minimum fee for Website Updates.)

    More comprehensive changes, such as original graphics, scanning/ graphics processing, or programming other than HTML, are an additional cost and can be negotiated on a per job basis.

    If your website requires regular updates, we can negotiate a flat rate Website Maintenance fee to simplify the billing process.

   
Website Hosting
    
One time initial set-up  $50
Website with10 pages or less $20 per month
Website with 20 pages or less $30 per month
Website with E-Commerce $50 per month
Website with Streaming Audio/Video $50 per month

        ("Website Hosting" refers to server costs. You must have your site on a computer connected full time to the internet to be publicly accessible 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.)

Basic Shopping Cart Initial Setup on Secure Server $300
 ( Shopping Cart available only on websites designed and hosted by us.)

During initial setup:
   All of the shopping cart pages and setup for up to 20 products are included at no extra fee.
   For each additional product without graphic $2
   For each additional product with client supplied graphic $5

Product Additions/Changes:
   For each product without graphic $2
   For each product with client supplied graphic $5
        ( $50 minimum fee for product changes. Client is responsible for providing complete information necessary for products. If your product line has numerous and frequent changes, we can negotiate a flat rate monthly maintenance fee to simplify billing.)

Customizing the Shopping Cart User Interface:
    Adding client supplied text and graphics to Shopping Cart HTML template pages.
$100 per page

    More comprehensive changes, such as original graphics, scanning/ graphics processing, or programming other than HTML, are an additional cost and can be negotiated on a per job basis.
